hello viewers in this video we will discuss about hypertension and blood pressure hypertension means the rise of blood pressure in our body and our body the blood goes at a very normal speed the speed at which it goes through our vessels arteries it is known as the pressure of the blood and this is required this flow is required so that all the organs of the body get proper nourishment from the blood because every organ has to develop and work and they need nutrition and nourishment for its work can hypertension be found in younger generation and if yes then what are the causes apart from the elder generation elder people I am coming around many young high potentials young hypertensive means the age is 25 to 35 up to 40 and they’re showing signs of hypertension’s I see in our country we have a huge young workforce which strives to work very hard in a very competitive world in a very competitive country who want to rush ahead of others working against time not finding any time for themselves when they join any job they want to prove that they are something in the pursuit of this they tend to forget that they are the people’s they are human beings also they put lot of stress on their minds they put the lot of strikes on their body also the old saying has been that the best person or the best body is which has stable mind able mind in an able body healthy mind in a healthy body when they’re working no doubt they’re working good for the country working good for their families also they forget that they have to eat us they have to they forget that they have to sleep us they forget that they are living for themselves as erratic eating junk food lack of exercise then indulging in calico holes smoking and not relaxing their mind leads to blood pressure it’s very simple not only few but many many I have seen almost 30 to 40 percent of young for in 30s they are getting half tensions what are the symptoms of hypertension now the symptoms of when they come to us how they present to us how they present to a doctor they’ll come to a doctor sir I am having headaches feeling irritated my body is fatigued not able to sleep what is the optimal level of blood pressure when we examine them we find their body weight is much higher then what it should have been according to their age and heart that means our by BM eyes are always more than 25 ideal BMI should be between 2025 to more than 25 truncal obesity is there they are just getting fat no time for exercise doing all silly things going into habits of smoking and drinking and when we examine them when you do the biochemistry test sometimes the cholesterol levels are very high even sometimes you will find borderline diabetes also sugar also very high intake of junk food including which has a lot of salt in the ingredients this leads to hypertension in young adults we don’t put them on medicine right away we try to convince them counsel them to lead a very ideal life not if not possible not ideal but a life very healthy smooth life so that their mind and body can take up the pressure of the work and other things also what are the ill effects of high blood pressure and which organs are affected the most first organ to be affected by the high blood pressure is our eyes the eye sight goes down there are other things like retinal hemorrhages is hemorrhage in the eyes and you can be blind also second the kidneys kidneys are very soft or very very good organs they are sensitive organs they get affected by blood pressure easily than other organs because they have to filter out the waste from our body if the waste is kept in the body and the it’s not able kidneys are not able to filter out the body is going to be damaged so kidneys are next to be affected they can even cause a kidney failure also might have heard about the kidney transplants also these are all because of the black with high blood pressure being capped with and it’s not controlled another organ is the heart heart attacks are there then you have brain strokes are there so to prevent these complications to prevent the loss of life at an early age my request to all young hypertensive is kindly keep your blood pressure under checked don’t spoil your health by running around by working so hard to earn money and if your health is spoiled your earn money will not be able to bring it back thank you..
